    1. What did you report? They are informing you of the file number for an investigation. Is your report one that warrants investigation?

They told you the reference number for the report you submitted in case you need to refer to it in the future

Is the name in the headline you blackened out yours? Then yes, you are being sued/investigated.

Is it the name of the person you reported? Then it is about your report

Depends on who the „Frau —-“ is.

If it’s you or someone in your household, it’s against her. If its someone else, the person you reported for example, its just a letter to inform you that they’re working on the case.

Under the black box it says: Investigation (or proceedings) to the Disadvantage of Ms.

      Then it says: Dear …,
We hereby inform you that the aforementioned investigation is being processed by this authority under the above-mentioned file reference.

So if you made a report online against Ms … (named in the Headline) then this is just a notification that the investigation is processed under a certain file reference which is the number after „Aktenzeichen“. Below that you can find contact information.
