Shendelli mountain.
If you could see the location where you took the picture it could help to find it easier.
However I suspect that it might be the mountain of Trebeshinë.
Google it, compare pictures and see if it makes sense.
That’s mount Shendelli. It sits between the town of Tepelena on the west and the larger Trebeshina mountain on the east.
