It’s pizza flavoured.
It’s weird that it’s in a glass tbh, otherwise a Pizza Leberkas is 100% delightful and I would choose it over regular Leberkas any day
The name makes it sound weirder than it is. It’s just a kind of meatloaf with bits of cheese in it and some spices which are commonly found on pizza.
The german language allows us to lego brick words together at will, wich gives us the ability to create beautiful words and horrible dishes.
I wouldn’t touch that, if I were you.
Exists for decades, better than normal Leberkäs, because there is actually cheese in it.

Just had Pizzaleberkäse for the first time at Philadelphia Christmas market. Was good.
Haven’t seen the “ready to bake in a glass” version… I imagine the texture is kind of creepy before baking?
