      That’s usually because Belarus is under European/East European region for most products, or at least it was. Russia is in its own region.

      It’s been that way for years. My 15 year old blender also had Belarusian and Ukrainian on the box and in the manual, but no russian

      I have some Chinese screwdriver with instruction that says Russian, but it’s actually Ukrainian
