    1. He is innocent until proven guilty of course. But even if we had to take his innocence as a given he still brought this whole ordeal upon himself. That is what happens when it is brought to your attention that shady things are happening under your remit and you choose pass the buck on to the institutions while closing both eyes and doing nothing. Well, the institutions are handling the issue now, just like said he wanted them to.

    2. Irrespective of conviction, the moral credibility of persons in the party is abysmal. People fail to make a difference between this – in the UK ministers assume political responsibility and will bow out even if the law court does not come in.

      Obviously this is unheard of in Malta.
