Ukraine signed a similar agreement with the US in 2008. So somehow I’m not very enthusiastic about this but I guess we have no other options. At least an agreement means some people in the US admin and some resources allocated to Armenia. At least something.
Feels like a nice gesture. I mean it’s one week before Trump takes office. And Biden and Trump have completely different views of how allies and beneficial agreements should be established. Could be good or could be nothing who knows🤷♂️
