Hallo. Mir ist kürzlich aufgefallen, dass man in Deutschland einen registrieren kann. "gemeinnützig" limited liability company or gGmbH (gemeinnützige GmbH): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GmbH
Welches ist das entsprechende Formular in der Schweiz, wenn jemand ein Unternehmen mit gemeinnützigem/gemeinnützigem Zweck anmelden möchte? Ist Verein/Assoziation die einzige Option?

For everything you dont want to earn money with Verein is the much better Option.
No official buerocrats needed. Simply be 3 people, make Statuten (you can find templates online) and have a GV where you get drunk together every year.

I am…not sure, but I googled „“gemeinnützige gmbh“ schweiz“ and got several hits concerning EXACLTLY this.
Apparently something that exists in Switzerland (compared to „Stiftung“) – but not used as much.

It exists since a few years, but it is not really used.
Charitable and non-profit organisations are usually foundations (Stiftung). Associatoins (Verein) are used for activities with no business angle at all (like a sports club or interest group).
I worked for a Swiss non-profit foundation for nearly 20 years if you have specific questions.
