      In The Republic, suggereert Plato al dat goede leiders er niet zitten voor zichzelf. Dus dit fenomeen is al 24 eeuw bekend.

      „De baan gaat daardoor vaak naar verbaal sterke, charismatische mensen, die al dan niet dezelfde hobby hebben als de beoordelaar – er is immers ‘een klik’ of zoiets.“

      Hier kan ik me erg in vinden, fijn om een keer terug te lezendat andere er ook zo over denken. Maar verander dit maar eens. Old boys netwerk is real. En ze gaan zichzelf echt niet wegwerken. En daarnaast speelt het volgende ook mee https://www.reddit.com/r/memes/comments/s8k8to/society/

      Als ik bij mijn huidige werk kijk zijn de managers wel oke. Maar als er naar de globaal grote leiders gekeken wordt is het echt een drama. 

    3. Bij dit soort koppen stel ik me altijd voor dat het voortkomt uit officedrama op de redactie.
