I am from Mexico and I’ve been living in Spain for almost a year now, I was also shocked when I saw this and that people don’t care o.0 … while parked or parking. They just don’t care. I am still shocked xD
Does it exclusively happen in Spain?
Spain is the home of creative parking. In my village I was drinking coffee in the square when a man parked half on a pedestrian crossing and half on a disabled bay. We were just laughing about it when, another car pulled up next to him and double parked.
As someone told me when I complained, „That’s why cars have bumpers.“
