There was little to no time for architecture and arts in general to advance, as they thrive in peace and when people have other things to do instead of going to war every year. however from time to time, like in the golden age when we had some peace, architecture was advancing but mostly in churches.

Georgia has very vernacular architecture, meaning every region built with local resources and for that specific region, so the generalisation doesn’t work quite well to say Georgian architecture. however you can classify the architecture into 3 categories; west, east and mountains. there are some distinct georgian dwellings like the oda house, Darbazi house, Baniani house so you can think of the medieval georgian architecture sharing some similarities as predecessors

The information on georgian dwelling architecture is so slim I doubt you will find much or anything specific. even though there are a lot of books on the georgian architecture in russian/georgian most of them cover churches.

you can try going over what the colchian architecture looked like, vitruvius covers it a bit and that is the earliest evidence we have. so we have a well explained example by vitruvius of what colchian dwelling looked like and we have well documented history of 19th to modern day georgian architecture. I doubt you will find something amazing in between, just a simple house with probably a hearth in the middle.
