Hallo Leute! Ich habe eine Rückerstattung von Hoka Sneakers durchgeführt, aber das Geld wurde auf meiner Debitkarte und nicht auf meiner Girokarte zurückerstattet (weil ich online mit Debitkarte bezahlt habe). Aber jetzt kann ich dieses Geld nicht verwenden, weil es immer noch auf der Debitkarte ist (es ist 3 Tage her) und ich habe überall gegoogelt, verstehe aber einfach nicht, wie ich diese 153 Euro auf meine Girokarte iban zurücküberweisen kann?
