I got the same one, I think they’re getting better. Guichet sends stuff to my email. If you want to check sign into your account and look at the messages.
 Guichet wouldn’t send you via sms an „amende“ for sth you aren’t aware (more suspicious without a „rappel“)
They would be sent via mail to you.
If unsure, write the real ones an email or call them.

Fake (and it’s not convincing)
1. Fines are sent by mail
2. There is AFAIK no higher fine if you don’t pay right away (as is the case e.g. in France). If you don’t pay then they’ll eventually take you to court, and/or tow your car
3. Anyone who has received a fine, knows that it has a really long reference number
