Wir sind gerade in dieses Haus gezogen und kennen diese nicht. Im alten Haus konnten wir nur mit Holz heizen. Ist es sicher, diese den ganzen Tag eingeschaltet zu lassen? Wie wäre es nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern? Ich habe Angst vor Kohlenmonoxid und gehe sehr vorsichtig mit Hitze um. Kann mir jemand mitteilen, ob diese sicher sind? Das Haus wird mit Erdwärme beheizt

These just circulate water. They can make some weird noises if there’s air trapped into the system, but outside of that, they never go to steam.

These are safe. There’s hot water inside, no risk with CO whatsoever with these.
It’s hot water… so no fear of carbon monoxide. And yes leave them on – do you want to freeze? If you turn them off it will take forever to heat the place up again.
Yes, it’s just hot water running through them.
There’s just hot water going through it, nothing to worry about. The worst you could get with windows closed is the air being too dry.
Also, it could take time to heat a room with, so don’t bother touching it before the cold period is over.
If you turn it to the max level and it doesn’t heat, then call your landlord, they may need to be cleaned/flushed.

Very safe yes. As other commenters have pointed out, its just hot water inside. you can definitly keep them on over night. you shouldnt ever completely turn them off in winter in my opinion.
pro tip: if they make noises or dont heat up, there is a small valve you can open with a square key to release air which might be inside. leave open until clear water comes out. dont forget to put something underneath to contain the water.
and yeah, wood is very dangerous in comparison to this.
Too hot water could burn you or your pets. There are screened enclosures for radiators to prevent that.
What would be unsafe about it?
