As an Italian who lived in Malta, one of the things I found the most fascinating about your country is your language. It’s beautiful, unique and represent your troubled but interesting history. Just like Italian, it is full of funny but wise sayings. You should be proud speaking Maltese because, even as a tourist, the things I appreciate the most of a country are those that make it unique and different.
