It seems there was a significant risk of the situation escalating into an ethnic conflict.

apparently the driver was drunk and took the lives of 2 Azerbaijan children…
It doesn’t matter, who were the victim’s ethnic Georgians or Azerbaijanis. He has to be punished according to the law. And anyone who would prioritize him over someone else, deserves equal punishment.
But wait is there justice in this shithole?

Whats ethnicity to do with whats going on. He assuming accidently killed two children , if it were my children and it happend in before my eyes , sorry i am taking ur life, ESPECIALLY if he is drunk!
I have always called it the “Georgian Challenge” Georgian drivers see someone crossing the road and they think two things, stop or double down and speed up. I saw a kid die in Kutaisi because of it and it’s interesting that Georgia as very lenient laws about speeding and yielding. I hear about every other day someone dying or getting injured 😅
Some of the coverage is saying the locals overturned an ambulance that arrived? Anyone understand why?
Not saying this is done on purpose but accentuate on nationality here is really wrong. This was an accident and if found guilty by the court, the driver needs to be punished with jail time. That’s what matters.
