You’re going camping in summer and you think you need a wool layer in addition to the 0°C sleeping bag?
100% (merino) wool is the only way to go for baselayers, in my opinion. No need for HEATTECH or other fancy “technologies”, just use the natural thing that has worked forever.
Impossible to say without any details on those garnments. Have a baselayer (upper body, legs and feet) of thin merino wool and you will be good. If you are going somewhere a bit colder bring an additional layer or a fleece or even a down jacket you can wear or stuff your sleeping bag with.
To be fair it really depends on the summer day, you might need the hottest one or you might be sweating out of your sleeping bag.

No way I would go for that, plastic doesn’t work imo 🙂
I’m using Heattech (the first, basic one). I think the temperature recommendation is quite correct. But you should be mindful that this is just the base layer, so if I’m outside when it’s 5 degrees, it means: heattech (base layer) + normal clothes (t-shirt + jeans) + a hoodie or sweater + a hardshell jacket.
I think if you already have this, then it will work, but def check the weather details, and also make sure to have options to put more layers on if you feel it is too cold. If you have access to buy wool baselayers, go for it, much safer.
I moved to Norway in March, and bought these from Uniqlo in my home country. My personal experience has been excellent, and the heatech thermal base layer has provided me good warmth in freezing temperatures. I wear them almost everyday, except maybe in summers. They are also quite durable, you can simply machine wash on normal setting and they retain the quality. Norwegians usually prefer their wool, and Uniqlo stores do not exist in Norway. I personally find woolen base layer bit thick to wear. Devold has some excellent woolen base layers, if you wanna check out wool!
I would say go ahead with Uniqlo one, from my personal experience.
Also, I’m not really sure you need a lot of winter gear for camping in summer. It’s pleasant in summer, not too hot, not too cold. The only thing you need is good rain protective gears and equipments. All the best!
I would have a warmer bag, it can freeze in altitude in Norway during Summer
