Es ist mir gelungen, dieses Bild mit einem kaputten iPhone 7 aufzunehmen. Da ich bereits in einer Gegend mit hoher Lichtverschmutzung lebe, war ich ziemlich schockiert, als ich das Sternbild zum ersten Mal seit Monaten wieder sah.

Congrats! Orion is my go-to to orient myself to the night sky. (I’m in the suburbs and usually can see it.)
With less light pollution the fuzz of the nebula would be visible. It looks greenish to me once my eyes adjust.
Impressive but it looks upside down to me! 😉
Below the equator, Orion looks less heroic and more like a public menace…
