How would that guy feel if some did to him, what he did to the dog? Scum like that don’t deserve to be called human.
No offense jut this dog should be put down. I don’t say that out of cruelty I hope, but Armenia is a poor country and a month and a half’s salary would be better spent putting a kid through school, or supporting one of the countless refugees in the country, or paying for surgery for a human. I think it’s inhumane collecting that kind of sum for a medical care dog when there are humans that need money for medical care
