I wouldnt trust on this if you never had a residence permit

I have one as well, but with the top box checked. I asked at the Ausländerbehörde office and they told me not to leave Germany, not even for an EU country until I have my residence permit. Not sure if having the other box checked makes a difference on that.

I have travelled internationally with a Fiktion. Was your previous residence permit allowed you to enter and leave Germany? The option they marked is that the Fiktion has the same conditions as your expired/current residence permit/conditions.
