No, it means you provided everything they expected you to provide and that the procedure has been accepted by the system. Next it will be closed (clôturé) when someone actually checks all is as it should and you will likely hear back from the administration by regular mail.
The „à corriger“ seems to point towards documents that need to be corrected and/or re-uploaded.
Once a produre has been completed, you won’t see the button „transmettre“ anymore.
From your screenshot, it seems like the administration updated your case in October by asking to re-upload something.
I think the deadline for the winter semester was the first of December.
