    1. Every brand of instant noodles makes a chicken flavour. Rema 1000’s own brand used to have a decent one, if you wanted a more plain chicken flavour. But I haven’t eaten it in years, so it might have changed.
Other than that I would recommend trying an Asian food store, if there are any near you, and trying different brands.

Oh man ,you’re in a world of disappointment, i also came to live here recently and was very disappointed when all chicken flavored noodles tasted like complete shit ,i don’t understand how it is that those noodles are named chicken when they taste like complete shit, nothing like chiken ,you can try mama chicken noodles (every store has them) and see for yourself, i tried 2 different types and they were just terrible, now i stick to kimchi ,at least they are good.

Noodles must be bought at an asian store. I only buy Korean noodles. Stay away from Norwegian grocery store noodles. Nongshim has Chicken flavoured Shin ramyeon and are available in Oslo.

    4. I’ve not found any beef or chicken noodles that didn’t taste like cat food, but Europris has delicious chili noodles (Luxus)

Top Ramen equivalent? I’d probably say the not-store-brand stuff at Rema 1000. I can’t remember the name of the brand now, but it tastes just like it to me. (source: Am American, living in Norway)

Now, if you want higher quality ramen, you’re much better off going to an Asian grocery store – but for the standard brick-o‘-ramen or cup-o‘-ramen that you find in an American grocery store? Rema’s non-store-brand variety tastes the closest to me.
