Kennt ihr eine gute Lederwerkstatt in der Gegend von Turku? Ich habe mir eine Vintage-Lammfelljacke besorgt und möchte sie behandeln und restaurieren lassen. Für ein Alter von vielleicht 40 Jahren ist es in einem ziemlich guten Zustand, würde aber bei einer Restaurierung besser aussehen.

Typically Finns just treat the leather by themselves.
Valjasrasva is my go-to for treating leather.

That looks like a WW2 bomber pilot jacket! Probably not authentic though
Very nice – always fancied one of those. My father gave me his 1980’s sheepskin coat made in Finland but it had the smell of nicotine quite bad so I gave it to a charity shop plus it looked very dated. The bomber style never really goes out of fashion though.
Many cobblers (suutari) also do leatherwork like this! At the very least they usually know other establishments that can help you if they can’t.
