      Common (old)Souvenir medallion from Austria – specifically the Tyrol region. Quite a few places in Tyrol used to sell them.

      Maybe some souvenir/lucky charm. The Patscherkofelbahn is a ski lift, Igls is a town near Innsbruck in Tirol (Austria)
