FYI you can just go to a pharmacy and ask them for what you need based on the active ingredient.
Ask the apothecary, they’ll be able to recommend the closest thing as there’s many types of Zinksalbe.
According to google you‘ll need a prescription for Bacitracin. Just ask a doctor or apothecary.
You’ll need a prescription from a doctor for topical antibiotics. There are a few different products, e.g. Bactriban (active ingredient Mupirocin). You can get all sorts of ointments without antibiotics from the pharmacy, just ask them.
