Nach allem, was er mir erzählt hat, scheint die Wohnung fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein, und er ist der Typ, der leicht ausgenutzt werden kann …
Also, Einheimische von Larnaca, ist diese Entwicklung legitim? Sollte ich mir Sorgen machen?

It probably is legit but who knows when it will actually be finished and ready to move in… if your friend is considering buying property here, I recommend that he should come stay here for a couple weeks and look around in person, even go to the office of this development
I bought apartment from this developer, it is a good quality finishing compared to others that I saw and on a payment plan also for 12 months .
