Twisting the dome would be my instinct.
Twisting the dome or the outer edge
Is there a lever just next to the ceiling? Maybe take your phone camera to see better?
Some twist open, some just require brute force. Hard to say from the picture.
If all possible ways are tried and fail, then it’s impossible.
Options are:
– twisting the dome left/right
– looking if the dome has a small hole for a flathead screwdriver
– squeezing the dome
– is there a small hole for flathead at the base against the ceiling

By prying it open. Twist it around (it just spins, it’s not screwed in) and find the tiny opening in there that becomes visible when it is turned to the right spot.
Prepare to say curse words and have the absolute worst time of your life trying to get it back in by using the exact amount or force needed to not break it.
Or call your taloyhtiö to get a worker to do it and save yourself the headache.
Is it me or has it been a daily question on this sub how to open this exact lamp?
