It’s the Brussels stock exchange
Isn’t this the parthenon in Greece? Doubt it’s something in belgium
I thought the Brussels stock exchange at first too. But then also thought of De Munt in Brussels.
Looks like a mix of the CInquantenaire and Brussels Stock Exchange (la Bourse)

To be the stock exchange/bourse/de munt is missing some parta on the side
For me is looks more like the Horta-Lambeaux Pavillion (pavillon des Passions humaines), but the roof is diferente also the side and the front.
For me it looks more like the Temple of Athena Nike…
