Ich habe das Deitchland-Ticket gekauft und bezahlt. Aber es wird nicht aktiviert. Kann ich es jetzt verwenden oder bekomme ich eine Geldstrafe?
Und wie kann ich es zum Laufen bringen?

Well, the big error was to use DB to get it and not any of the other countless providers which seem to cause less issues.
