Weiß jemand, wie viel eine solche umfassende ärztliche Untersuchung in Deutschland kosten würde? nicht der jährliche kostenlose „Gesundheitscheck“, der von der Versicherung übernommen wird und lediglich Ihren Herzschlag und Blutdruck überprüft.

These turkish checkup plans make the rounds on social media but when I looked into what’s covered, they seemed p weak, list of tests is long but that’s because they include each blood test marker and std test separately (and include a lot of random ones, some just look like testing for all that their labs can test for).
Gynecologist (breast cancer, pap smear), urologist (testicular cancer), checkup 35 (or regular blood checks with an endo/hausarzt plus ekg with your hausarzt), and std tests cover pretty much all of what they cover. So here, if you’re willing to see multiple doctors and convince them to give you the tests, the cost here is a big fat €0. I do indeed get these on a quarterly to yearly basis (quarterlies due to some health conditions I have), and I have not had to pay anything.
Are you insured in Germany? It should be mostly free, maybe a couple of Euros for additional blood Tests.
But Großes Blutbild and Cardiocheck is free, the stuff they did at the obgyn is standard (at least After a certain age ~25-30)
Your health insurance should be able to Tell you. Your doctor will Tell you if you have to Pay additional.

Significantly more than 370$ but some testing was absolutely unnecessary e.g. the chest X-Ray.There is no point to be objected to radiation if there are no symptoms suggesting a problem. You also don’t need a cardiologist to listen to your heart, a GP is fine. The Pap smear and gyno check-up is covered by insurance, the urine test as well. A work up of cholesterol and blood fats + glucose is also covered every 3 years when age you’re age 35+. If you want to have a more thorough check-up it’s 75€ for 17 additional parameters + around 50€ for your doctor to give you a consultation. Most GPs I know do one ECG when registering with them to have a baseline but that’s also not really needed without any symptoms, if you want to pay out of pocket expect something around 30€. A check-up at the dentist is also covered by insurance.
I did a similar checkup (complete checkup) for the whole family a year ago in Westend, Frankfurt, as part of the permanent resident visa medical checkup requirement for the US/Canada/Australia/NZ. They cost between 350 and 600 EUR/person.
I would generally advise against general check ups that aren’t covered by insurance as they usually don’t offer any serious benefits but cost money and expose you to over testing which can lead to unnecessary stress and further medical procedures. Especially the chest x-ray seems very unnecessary. The check ups that the insurance does cover (e.g. gyn, check-up 35, etc) are worth it though.
(This of course doesn’t apply if a doctor recommends it to you or you have some specific risk factors)
