First that comes to my mind is the road up to the Herrmannsdenmal.
google maps: hermannsdenkmal, Detmold, then Hindenburgstraße or Denkmalstraße
And north of Bielefeld towards the Teutoburger Wald. But those roads are mostly 1-3 km long. then you get into a village or town.

The drive up to the Gauseköte, maybe (haven’t been there in a while, and don’t know how heavily it has been hit with deforestation in the last years).

Osningstraße in Bielefeld looks a bit like this, but it’s rather short and not exactly as scenic. Further south there’s the B1 between Schlangen and Horn-Bad Meinberg and the Gauseköte between Schlangen and Detmold and these roads really look like this.

Scenic? Looks like a road in the middle of a forest, like 99% of the roads out there…

This is Bielefeld.

You must have got some wrong information. I did some research and the place you mentioned doesn’t exist.
You’ll probably find lots of roads like this if you go south of the A44 autobahn, the region known as the Sauerland.
Note that driving on roads like that isn’t necessarily fun. If you’re not used to them you will need to concentrate a lot, you have to watch out for wild animals leaping out right in front of you, and at this time of the year roads like this are often dark for most of the day.
