Oof that sucks, have you contacted the provider? Keep the screenshots and all.

Also I hope your contract doesn’t say „bis zu 60mbps“

If you’re on some kind of DSL, the length and the quality of the cable between you and the DSLAM hugely affects the speed. You might pay for 60 mbps but there might be no way for you to actually reach it.

You should definitely cancel that contract and switch to 5G Internet or Starlink.

      Can be many things.
Restart the computer (not sleep, restart), it could be your driver.
      Restart the modem.
If the problem persists, it’s probably in the provider’s side

    5. Welcome to Germany. There is some hope though. Sometimes telecom updates the cables but doesn’t bother to connect them all the way to the house unless you get a new Vertrag. My house had copper lol, Noone had bothered to Google what is available before me.

It can provide certified protocols to confront your provider.

Most importantly you’d to test your bandwidth if you’re connected by wire to your router. There are plenty of reasons, so check the main points and get in touch with your provider with the results. If it’s constantly low you could get a lowering on your plan.
