Ofc, if you keep loosing your ID they ask questions, because you might be selling them or smth
I don’t think it’s normal to lose your identity papers three times in 2 years
Not only normal, but gesetzlich vorgeschrieben: https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/2002/468/de#art_5 They should also start an investigation whether you are selling your identity papers. „Normal“ people loose their ID 0-1 times in a lifetime.
You really should take better care of your things. If you get robbed multiple times, as you mentioned in a reply, then you should probably also take a hard look at how you behave and which circles you frequent.
No, that’s absolutely not normal! Who in their right mind loses three ID cards within two years!??
