Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe ein Problem mit einer UPS-Lieferung und benötige Hilfe bei der Lösung.
Ich lebe in Deutschland und habe kürzlich einen Laptop bei Lenovo bestellt! Laut UPS-Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Paket am Donnerstag, also vor 2 Tagen, zugestellt und als markiert
"Ans Büro geliefert."
Allerdings gaben sie hierfür keine Adresse an "Büro" oder hinterlassen Sie eine Benachrichtigung oder einen Zettel.
Ich habe bei meinen Nachbarn und der Gebäudeverwaltung nachgefragt, aber niemand scheint zu wissen, wo es ist. Hat jemand etwas Ähnliches mit UPS erlebt?
Wie kann ich herausfinden, wohin mein Paket möglicherweise geliefert wurde? Für jeden Rat wäre ich sehr dankbar. Danke!

Yes. The location in the online tracking was very unclear. The note in my mailbox was folded tiny and left at the very front. And because my mailbox is the lowest and I basically have to lay on the floor to see or reach all the way to the front I didn’t find it for a while.
I looked at the list of all ups shops in town and tried the most similar sounding one.
They always deliver at my near by UPS packer station no matter how heavier the package is. I had to carry heavy boxes to my home multiple times
I would just look for the nearest UPS drop off point.
Ups could have put it anywhere. I had an envelope shipped from the states to Germany. Waited the whole day. Got a delivery notification but nothing was delivered. They put the envelope in an in market postal box that was on the other side of the building.
