Needs to be a certified body repair shop that also needs to document the repairs. Has a professional checked the damage out if it’s even salvageable?

Very likely not salvageable. It would need to be fixed per instructions from the manufacturer and they likely won’t allow repair that close to crash structures. You should consult certified body/crash repair shop.
Is the car a salvage title car? If not, just fix it properly and no one will care/know. The damage seems to be only on the roof skin, so its not going to affect structural integrity.
