Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem mit der Heizung meiner Wohnung. Es funktionierte heute Morgen immer noch und nachdem ich ein seltsames Geräusch von der Heizung hörte, funktionierte plötzlich die gesamte Heizung nicht mehr, auch das Wasser in der Küche und in der Dusche. Was soll ich tun? Hat jemand eine Idee, wie man das beheben kann?

Try pressing the reset button for a few seconds. If it doesn’t work, call your landlord.
It seems the Flame turned off or could not start a flame due to the Elektroden either being faulty or dirty. Try to reset it.

If the „5“ is the error code then it’s „Flammenausfall im
Betrieb“.
Try pressing the red button and see if it happens again.

Edit: regarding the machine in the first pic
-Turn the two knobs on the right all the way to the right (clockwise)
-Turn on hot water in the shower.
-Hit the red button a couple of times
– enjoy having hot water again.
