If you pay more than 1600 euros a month in taxes, or you can obtain comparable advantages, then sure go for it. Consider there are sometimes water charges but without a gardien they won’t be so high.
I might be mistaken, but I think some apartments of that size in Monaco don’t let you get a carte de sejour as they are classed as a „maid’s apartment“ or something along those lines. I’m always a bit suspicious when the price is that low on a „Monaco“ apartment.
Seems decent enough, why don’t you give it a visit?
At that price it might be „protected“ though so Monégasques and „enfants du pays“ get priority…
