When I see unique, modern Soviet-era buildings that have been demolished, I become sad. I can’t understand why these unique and beautiful structures were destroyed, while ordinary panel buildings remain.
The infamous „kukuruznik,“ I always heard of it, never saw it, very cool.
Does anyone know why it was destroyed?
I once in while pass by it and see that nothing else has been built there.
It was one of my favorite buildings in my childhood.
