You check one of the two boxes. The upper means prices with tax and the lower without tax.
Literally under 3 you decide if it is including VAT or not (Rechnungsbetrag is incl. VAT / Entgelt is excl. VAT)
EUR is Euro and Ct is Cent
So if it was 100,75
It would be 100 EUR and 75 Ct
In 10 it wants you to reverb it as a word
for my example 100,75€ it would be
Ein Hundert Euro und Fünf und Siebzig Cent
