Ah, one of those myths about Switzerland. Everything here is regulated or banned. Just many people can’t see it because they know no different.
Ideally our authorities would provide an identity service. A user, the government and the platform can communicate in such a way that the government doesn’t know the platform and the platform doesn’t know the identity of the user, but the platform knows that it is a real person and the person is of legal age. Not difficult to work out. Privacy saved, children saved.
