These margarines are pure shit. Just buy plain ole butter and feel awesome.

I don’t know, I see it as if you’re buying a strawberry yogurt, it’s mainly yogurt still. It has a different taste (in compare to the normaalisuolainen for example), but that’s it.

    3. It’s the flavor that counts, a raspberry icecream for example is made of more cream and other stuff than the berries

Sausages here can be misleading as well. There’s brands out there selling reindeer or moose sausage and then it contains like 10% reindeer or moose meat. Must be some law here that specifies the minimal percentage of something in a product to be able to market it as such.

    5. If I buy blueberry vodka I don’t expect the main ingredient to be blueberry. It’s not misleading in that sense. And it probably wouldn’t be very solid if it contained like 35% olive oil. Also I recommend you use actual butter instead of this industrial waste. I’m not being hyperbolic, margarine is literally made from industrial waste and it’s not good for you no matter how many heart symbols the manufacturers put on the packaging.

    6. If you wanted to buy a product 100% Olive then I highly recommend you to buy a bottle of olive oil. The same thing happens to „fruity“ yogurts and other things like that where just barely 10 % is actual fruit and nobody says anything.

You know, that margarine used to be called Voimariini before some regulation from EU stated that since Voi is not the main ingredient, it can’t be called voi-margariini anymore. I suppose nowadays the regulation is at 10%.

The food industry is very good at image marketing 🤷🏻‍♀️
