Absolutely! It’s called pizza fleischkasse where I am.
Yes, I’d say it’s probably the second most sold version (next to regular Fleischkäse) but it could also be a regional thing (I’m from around Frankfurt).

Pizza is a thing, Leberkäse is a thing. Pizza Leberkäse is a gimmick that a few restaurants/stores might sell, I myself haven’t come across it yet.

Yep Pizzaleberkäse is just Leberkäse with pizza flavoring.
though leberkäse is more a south Germany thing.
As a bavarian, Leberkäse is perfect as it is without any other fillings.
We also have „Kaskas“ in Bavaria which is Leberkäse with cheese in it 😋
