Ich möchte nur die Notwendigkeit vernachlässigen, nach einem Elektriker zu fragen, da ich möglicherweise bereits Dinge für eine Ladeoption für Elektroautos mit 11 kWh habe.

No, if you charge from the port with red cover you dont need electrician. You would only need one if you wanted to install one of those wall mounted charging stations instead of that
The socket with the red cover is voimavirtapistoke in Finnish and with that and an appropriate cable you can charge your car with 11kW.
Does your charger allow you to change the plug from schuko (regular 230v plug) to the red one? Is that what’s in pic 2? If so, you’re good to go! Just change the plug and start charging.
Since you’re new to this, you might want to ensure that your electric car can be charged with all 3-phases, not just 1-phase. With only 1-phase, you can only reach up to 3.7kw with a standard 16A output
