Ich denke, das passiert

I can’t take these dumbass adverts for Black Friday and shit. Can someone explain to me why the people they use are always overacting, and more often than not, I feel they are going on the stereotype of a villager or someone who’s never seen a vacuum cleaner. It’s really strange for me as a foreigner and I just don’t get the jokes, or where the humour is in these ads.
