It is a made up Magic: The Gathering (collectible card game) card, trying to imagine what some kind of anarchist would look like in the game. Those kind of stickers are meant to be charming, humorous „propaganda“, in this case targeting people who know the game.

This one made me snort. lol 😀
Its propably a reference to the anarchist chant „No God, no State, no Fatherland“ (Kein Gott, Kein Saat, Kein Vaterland). Cleric=God, Noble=State, Fatherland=Construct (the latter works on multiple layers as a joke).
