As we look to future versions of self driving tech I wonder how other manufacturers will guarantee their tech wont damage the car.
Ultimately there’s no way to do this EXCEPT for putting full liability on the software maker. There’s no one else you could put liability on. The driver isn’t negligent for an accident if FSD software is running things so your can’t make them liable and no insurance company will volunteer to take on liability for someone else’s software via contact.
