It’s an acquired taste, I tried it and thought it was terrible. But curiosity killed the cat and now its oddly good.

Yes, I have.
Some decent lunch restaurants serve it sometimes at a buffet in Helsinki also.
Overpriced to buy to home, IMHO.

Where’s the puolukkahillo?

Yes, but I can never eat more than two at a time.

Absolutely delicious with lingonberry jam and cold milk.
One of my favourite lunches is to go to citymarket near my workplace and order black sausage menopaluu.

I have tried this, and I have tried delicious food. So technically yes, but not simultaneously.

I like it alot, and its handy that is found all over parks and walking ways. So its like emergency food also. If you are lucky you can pick this and puolukka near each other and have tasty meal all from nature.

I love this, very close to real British black pudding – BUT BEWARE! At Christmas time we bought mustamakkara and some idiot had put CINNAMON in it 🤢🤮
