The printed part says that the parcel goes back to whomever sent it as they did try to deliver and you were not home 4 times.
The hand written stuff is a pissed off message „If you order again here [sic!] I will let it sit on the road“
The package is returned to the sender as they tried handing over the package 4 times. The note says that if you order to that adress again they’ll just leave the package in the street

And this is why you never use Hermes to send anything in Germany
Hermes is the worst. They never ring the doorbell even tho I work from home and ensure I am at home on the day of delivery. Its always dropped off either inside the ground floor stairwell or outside my apartment building.

Best reaction to this would be to never ever order at a shop that uses Hermes.

I am not sure you have necessarily „pissed off“ the driver. I had a woman call at my door today with a parcel bearing my name which she found lying on the street almost a mile from my house.
Hermes simply sucks ass.
