Is that a one time payment or a yearly one ?
Is Ursula just playing both sides now? What about that post of her being pro-Az and all?
Okay, but if Russia decides to cut off the gas or greenlight the Azeri dogs at the border, money alone isn’t going to cut it. Hopefully more is being mapped out behind closed doors.
