Whose pockets are they going to line?
Nice and thank you, but, after 6 years and a lot of reforms, one would say the amount is pocket change, compared to other western orienting countries. I say this with our strategic geography with the east-west trade routes passing through Armenia, a potential pipeline, something they made them go as far as to overlook the Artsakh genocide, and with Russia trying to topple the pro western government several times now.
I don’t know, only 20m to protect your interests? What if Russia succeeded at a coup?
Yes, yes, we’re not entitled. I’m just trying to understand the US interest level here.

So what, the money will be used to hire experts, pay for equipment or infrastructure? Also, how does more money = more independent and impartial news media?
