Maybe. Probably. Why not just ignore it?
You can assume that it’s a scam, yes. There’s nothing indicating that it isn’t. At best, it’s a very shady survey firm that sells the lowest quality survey samples possible.
Never click anything in an unexpected sms. At best it is spam.
